Virtually every program on your computer can detect 
that you are online on Internet and use your connection 
for sending and receiving any kind of data, without 
your knowledge, using your hard disks... 
NetPD 1.0 runs in systray and informs you whenever 
any program tries to use Internet. The only thing 
you have to do is to maintain 3 lists: programs that 
can use Internet without notification, programs that 
need your approval and programs that are blocked 
from Internet use.


Install:
Unzip NetPD.zip in some temp directory, start
Setup.exe and follow the instructions on the screen.

Uninstall:
Open Control Panel - Add/Remove programs, find NetPD 
in the file list and click on Add/remove button.

NetPD is shareware program, you can use it freely 
for evaluation period of 42 days.
